License Renewal

Fill out this form completely to renew your licensed account with Columbus Distributing or Delmar Distributing.

The deadline to submit your new license photo is February 1st, 2026 for the 2026-27 year. Accounts who submit late will experience a break in service or an account suspension.

Attention: If your received an error message while placing your online order and were directed to this page, it will take 24 BUSINESS hours before your BEES account is updated with your new license. Call your Account Manager for assistance after you have submitted your license. If you submitted a license after 2/1/2026 any pending orders may have been deleted.
