Buy a Keg from Columbus Distributing

The purchaser acknowledges that the alcoholic beverage sold to them by Columbus Distributing will not be resold to guests, or invitees, whether by the individual drink or container or by the inclusion of the purchase price of admission fee or other charge. As the purchaser, you are responsible for whoever consumes this alcoholic beverage.
The purchaser further acknowledges that a person must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess or consume the alcoholic beverage in any place, public or private, in the state of Ohio. The purchaser must have a valid state driver’s license or state phono ID for purchase and returns. The purchaser affirms that the information provided on this driver license is true and complete. In addition, I understand that any falsified information or significant omission may result in legal action.
All sales of alcoholic beverages are FINAL. NO REFUNDS of cash or credit will be issued. In the event there is an issue with the product purchased, it may be returned to us (in a timely manner) for an even exchange. Partially consumed kegs will not be accepted for exchange OR refund.
